We do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. We urge customers to review sizing, fabric details, and all product information carefully before placing an order.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 12 hours. Any cancellation request within the 12-hour window must be emailed to support@theroyaleum.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Approval of cancellation remains at the discretion of The Royaleum team.
In the rare case that you receive a wrong or damaged item:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@theroyaleum.com.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims.
Upon verification, a replacement or store credit may be issued, subject to our quality check team’s approval.
We do not issue refunds. In case of any verified issue with your order, we will provide store credit only which can be used for future purchases on our website.
